Notes:
The generic enterprise scorecard must be used by enterprises that have an annual turnover of more than R35 million.
"The small enterprise scorecard must be used by Qualifying Small Enterprises
(QSEs) that have an annual turnover of between R5 million and R35 million. Qualifying Small Enterprises may choose to comply with any 4 (four) of the 7 BEE elements."
An enterprise that has a turnover of less than R5 million per annum is
classed as an Exempt Micro Enterprise and is automatically allocated a BEE
compliance level of 4.
