B-BBEE compliance is complex. Each element, each target and then implementing it correctly while earning maximum points can be extremely time consuming and challenging. Despite the challenges each specific BEE sector has it’s own uniqueness’s which further complicates matters.
If your company falls within the scope of a BEE sector code then your requirements will be slightly different to that of the Codes of Good Practice. Although most charters are similar, and ultimately designed for that industry it is still very likely that you will achieve a different score. If that score is lower, than it will have a detrimental effect on your business.
