Simply login every time you train your staff, or do enterprise or socio-economic development. The site allows you to log your time or spend against skills development, enterprise development and socio-economic development. It allows you to capture data related to all 7 elements and produce an instant snapshot of your BEE scorecard. How it works: In order to earn points for skills development, enterprise development and socio-economic development you need to prove that you are spending time or effort on these actions. To earn points for other elements you need to record them and prove the information – e.g employment equity. Internal training including time and effort can also be taken into account - if it can be documented and costed out. Many managers spend many hours per week training staff. Every day, or once a week the manager will login to the system and capture any training performed, any mentoring or spend on enterprise development or socio-economic development.
