Terms and Conditions:
Full payment must be made prior to the attendance of a delegate on the conference. All bookings are final and will be invoiced. However, your seat is not confirmed unless payment has been affected.
Cancellation Policy:
There is a minimum 7 working day cancellation period to obtain a refund, however there will be a handling fee of R 200.00 excl Vat on all cancellations requiring a refund.
A cancellation fee of 100% of the conference fee is liable if cancelled less than 7 working days prior to the commencement of the conference. A no show fee of 100% of the conference fee is liable should a delegate not attend the conference.
Substitution Policy:
Substitutions will be allowed anytime before the conference.

Your Verification Agency is not allowed to consult to you, or even tell you how to improve your score. They will simply give you a form to fill in, and based on your response will verify that the data you have is accurate.
