Reduce your verification bill by preparing more data. Not only will you go in more prepared but we will show you how to negotiate with the agency to get a better price.

Terms and Conditions:
Full payment must be made prior to the attendance of a delegate on the conference. All bookings are final and will be invoiced. However your seat is only confirmed once payment has been affected. There is a minimum 7 working day cancellation period. A cancellation fee of 50% of the conference fee is liable if cancelled less than 7 working days prior to the commencement of the conference. Should a delegate not attend the conference or advise us with less than 2 working days to go that he/she will not be attending, then the company will be liable for the full amount of the conference. Substitutions are welcome allowed anytime before the conference. No shows are liable for the full amount.
